Originally from the Florida Panhandle, Emily graduated from the University of North Alabama and started working in the title industry in 1993. After returning to her home state of Florida, she joined Hall & Runnels as a pre- and post-closer in 2011 and has brought her experience and connections to Beach Title in that same role. She keeps our  closing process going from open to close.
