He quickly developed a regional following among real estate agents and lenders as the hardest working man in the business in the Florida Panhandle. He now has the lead as the owner of Beach Land and Title Services, Inc. and is continuing the personal service and energy that have his loyal clientele calling him the best in the business.

Steve Hall began practicing law in Fort Walton Beach over 30 years ago. He soon followed his growing real estate development clientele to Destin and built his initial real estate closing team here. Steve Hall has always provided the experience and networking which our development and transactional clientele need when negotiating the maze of local, state and federal zoning, land use and environmental permitting processes.
